Ubisoft plagen derzeit schlechte Verkaufszahlen ihrer DS-Spiele. Der Umsatz sei um 50% gegenüber dem letzten Jahr gesunken. Schuld daran soll die starke Piraterie auf dem DS sein. Man plant dem in Zukunft entgegenzuwirken indem man mehr exklusive Extras in den Spielepackungen dazulegt. So sollen Raubkopierer Gründe bekommen, deren Spiele zu kaufen.
Laut einer von Ubisoft durchgeführten Umfrage, würden so tatsächlich Leute stärker bereit sein, ein Spiel zu kaufen als raubzukopieren.

Ich denk das ist schon mal ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung von Ubisoft. Jedoch ist vor allem Ubisoft für Spiele a la Sophies Pferdefreunde und Co. bekannt.
