So how's the latest Nintendo leak gonna affect wiimmfi as a whole? Can people make exploits out of this and cheat on games? The whole situation is interesting.

Is it possible to add Goldeneye 007? Now that the server officially shut down on Feb 12 of this year there is no way to play the game online :X.

MelonDS 0.7.4 is out : melonds.kuribo64.net/downloads/melonDS_0.7.4_win64.7z. Non-direct mode allows you to connect to Wiimmfi's server without using PCAP installed which means you can use a Wi-Fi connection now as well. Altwfc and kaeru won't work though for now as far as I understand. You need a good PC with at least a Gen 6 or 7 Intel i5 for this to work good.

@Moon164 MelonDS is so slow because there is no Hardware Renderer and its all done in software which uses only the CPU. MelonDS will get a speed-up when the Hardware Renderer will be implemented. You get that error because you need to configure your Nintendo Wi-Fi settings and put either Wimmfi DNS or Kaeru/RC24 DNS in the settings.

Updated the thread with a new compiled version. The new version can play games online using a Wi-fI adapter and you are no longer restricted to Ethernet/wired connections.

I made a pack from the latest source code of MelonDS with adapter list support - it lets you choose adapter for use for online Wi-Fi. Go to Config -> Wifi settings. Choose your Ethernet adapter and tick "Direct mode". you need Winpcap or Win10pcap (for Windows 10) or Npcap with Winpcap API compatibility mode ticked for this to work correctly. no copyrighted content is in the zip.
