How will we know when the project is done? And how hard will it be to download needed data to access these servers?

Ok well the title is pretty self-explanatory but I am just wondering when is the project going to be finished. Will they put "Completed" next to the name of the subforum, or will it be a tiny little thread saying that the project has been finished. Also, I have another question. How would a community member be able to download and set everything up for this. I mean, could an average person do it, or would it take a tech genius 7 hours to set up? I'm just wondering if something like a set up in 45 or less minutes would be realistic. I really wish I could help, but I know bare minimun when it coding and all that stuff.

If everything works as we want it to work the only thing you need to do is to patch your Mario Kart Game like you patch it to play Custom Tracks.
Wiimm already created a small program which does that and a few things are working already.

I don´t know when it will finished or if it even will be finished, but I believe it won´t be a problem to implement it if you can use a mouse on your PC and Homebrew on your Wii.

i thinks he means the server. I don't think that someone will give us a world wide server 24/7
I think when they have a server they can manage to get an easy installer, i think that will be the easiest part

We will host the server on the Wii-Homebrew.com server. There is no need for anyone to create an own server and an coexistence of two or more servers might lead to problems with IDs that should be unique but they aren't anymore.
