Not yet, and I don't think we'll need that. Why don't you want to patch your games?

Patch every game takes many time. -
We only support four or five games yet. It does not take that much time to patch them. So I don't think somebody will create a USB loader auto patch variant.

You could have patched all your games by now.

Hi,
I'd prefer patching of USB-loaded games on the fly as well
I've hooked up a small (320 GB) HDD to my Wii (my 1TB HDD is used as Backup-HDD) and it's almost filled
Patch files would use much less space
Is scrubbing an option? Do the common USB loaders work with scrubbed ISOs?
Devolution (GameCube) didn't? I don't know„A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP“ – Leonard Nimoy -
How does the wiimmfi patcher use more space on your HDD? Do you keep the unpatched version?
-
You can delete the unpatched version, if the patched one works. The patched one will use the same savegame, so no reason to patch them on the fly.
If your USB drive is .wbfs, your .iso files will be scrubbed automatically. -
