Error 98020 - Disconnected from network during transmission (?)

Hi,
I'm new here and got this error while on SSBB when I just decided to look at Spectator mode (was looking around) and got this error. Anyone know what it is exactly? It's not a need to absolutely know but was just curious. I think I got this too when "Playing with Anyone".

How can you even select the Spectator Mode? When you patch the game correctly to connect to Wiimmfi-Server, the Spectator Mode will be removed.

It may be still available for him, it'll be removed by the DLS1 Server in some time(once the Server says delete it)

It did not work, so we decided to remove the useless button.

That happened too with the last option in the Mario Kart Channel (the one that says ''GO!'', after tournaments)
