I was going to play some wiimifi Mario Kart Fun 2017-5 for my first time and my license is banned already! I tried using another license, I get 81010 code, then 23917! I am using Dolphin.
Getting error code 23917 when I just finished my 7 day console activation!

You need to provide a FC, if you don't have one, provide a Console FC.

You probably tried to play global races which do not work with MKW Fun, thus you've got a 15-minute-ban.

I did region 131 and I got the error code 81010, then 23917, then 23911.
