error code 23933 "WiiWare games"

Hello to all.
for pleasure I would like to understand why in all wiiware games I can no longer access the wiimmfi I always get this error:

"the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection is recording a high volume of traffic or the service is temporarily interrupted.
try later.
error code 23933 "

my connection is ok I have no problems and with the "wii" games I do not get this error but only with the "wiiware" games what can I do?
please help me and thank you in advance.

23933 is usually the router messing something up. I don't know why this only happens with WiiWare games (maybe they use a different network library?), but this can usually be solved by disabling any "child safety" crap or similar restrictions in the router.

I noticed that on the other hard disk the wiiware games work online but on the other hard disk I get that error what can it be?
