I have downloaded wiimmfi on the internet channel on my new wii after an old time, because my old wii wouldn’t turn on, is it possible to download stuff like hackpacks through the internet channel?

Completely without the need for any SD card? No, the Wii doesn't have enough memory for that.

Just as starting point, booting a pack off of the SD card? Sure, if someone makes a web page for that.

Interessting I didn't know it could be possible to put stuffs to sd card through the internet channel exploit but by curiousity how many memory the wii have?

Well, not through the Internet Channel - placing it onto the SD beforehand.

The wii NAND has 512 MB.
