Homebrew Channel 4:3 on Wii U

hi I heard it was possible to fix the 4:3 ratio on Wii U is there any save way to fix that? it's annoying when using wiimmfi patcher through homebrew channel

ps: feel free to switch the thread place if it's on the wrong place

You just have to install a forwarder channel for the HBC, like this one: gbatemp.net/threads/for-those-…6-9-on-4-0-update.355446/ . The vWii determines the screen ratio by checking the first letter in the channel ID. For the Homebrew Channel, that is set to 4:3. For most of the HBC forwarders, that is set to 16:9.

After that, just move tre actual HBC back to page four so you don't see it anymore and use the forwarder to boot the HBC.

Or you just compile the OpenSource version of Homebrew Channel from Scratch, install that one and then uninstall the original using Hackmii Installer.

Doesnt work with every loader, just use the loader, is easier
