It is not working, every time you go online it asks to download DLC, but it can never download this DLC. So it stays in an infinite loop and you never get to play.

How it does not work would be better to change the statuses so as not to give false hope to people. Me and my friends wanted to play it online

It works perfectly fine, you just need a savegame patch iirc to play it online, cuz we weren't able to dump the DLS1 content for this game. (Not sure tho, didn't do stuff for Wiimmfi in a long time)

I got a Save game with DLC's, but now i got The error 31010: "Function can not be called here". I don't know what means.

It shouldn't infinite loop; my server returns no updates because i don't have any updates and when i tried to send some the game would just infinite loop dl and not work.
31010 is special though; I've started logging, please @ me here once you've gone online and reached that error.

I somewhere have the save game patches floating around. Maybe one can build an automatic patcher app for it or build the DLS1 Update Packet

This DSL1 is not saved in the savegame? Because I downloaded the save patched and it occupies 18 more blocks than the normal save. I also tried to enter the normal save and the same error occurred 31010, this error occurs after waiting almost 7 minutes in the "Cheking for Updates" screen. Before Wiimmfi tried to download the updates, but now it takes a while on the screen "cheking for updates" and then comes error 31010.

The issue is when I offered the updates, the game would just update loop.
If @Xidus or anyone else wants to RE how the update data is saved in the save then please feel welcome

Currently busy with other RE work (working on a Blade and Soul Emulator right now) plus barely any time right now anyway. But I can send the Patched Client files if they’re needed. Though it has to wait some days, they are most likely on my Mac, which is currently drained as the Coolant was flaking.
Otherwise one can simply patch the savegame by hand.

Apparently AltWFC has update data but I don't know if they infinite loop too; it's possible DLS1 is only meant to send one update at a time (maybe the game lists what it already has?)

Before the Wiimmfi entered an infinite loop of downloads, but now he does not even enter the downloads screen, he just stays on the screen "cheking for updates" then comes the error 31010, if he left this screen "cheking for updates" I would be able to test if my patched savegame.

I tried to get into this AltWfc but it gave 20100 error, I think it is no longer working on Conduit 2. (I Just put The iso in the "dwc patch"

I'll search for the files in the evening; Need to go out in like 10 minutes and the drive the files are on for sure is not yet installed. With the patched files, everything should work as expected.
If you want, you can already send me your current savegame (dumped with Savegame Manager GX or other tools; NOT the Wii System Menu) so I can also verify if any and, in case there are any, which patches are installed.

There is a small group that would be very excited about the potential for this game to be active again. I'm running the Mr. Bean patcher and have a savegame that was working with Ciapa's original setup. I'm also getting the 31010 error. Many thanks.

@PokeAcer any recent changes to those?

If anyone could get me packet dumps of the whole Login process, I could compare it with old dump files from pre-shutdown times if I still manage to find them.

Edit: As I thought, it’s DLS1 returning an error. Do you have any update files provided? If so, remove them all so that the server responds with no updates found.

Edit2: After some testing around, we found out that the DLS1 Domain assigned to C2Wii and maybe some other games was bad. @PokeAcer currently updated the IP, but @Wiimm should update the definitions to replace dls1.riiconnect24.net with dls1.pokeacer.xyz

I know it's been a while, but a lot of thanks for normalizing Conduit 2. The only problem I had was when I tried to play with my SAVE with DLC's, it did not go into the matches, but I'm using the default SAVE and now it works . Thank you.
