Hello recently I downloaded some textures from DarkyBenji for Mario Kart Wii, I wanted the white timer as shown to the side. However it requires more than the Race.Szs files, an adjustment has to be made to the StaticR.rel for making the hud white or else we see green :p, anyway I managed to do this with the StaticR.Rel tool available over at Wiki Tockdom, I know that Wiimmfi uses a patched StaticR.rel so could I modify that StaticR.rel and use it to play online through Wiimfi and CTGP? Am I allowed to use a modified StaticR.rel on Wiimmfi/CTGP?

I don't know if modifying the StaticR works with CTGP, but it certainly does work with Wiimmfi. Just modify a StaticR which is already patched for Wiimmfi. And as long as you just mod graphical UI stuff like the color of the timer, and no game-breaking stuff or unfair advantages (for example, changing fake item boxes to dark black to better / earlier see them), that is allowed on Wiimmfi.
