Moved animal crossing save to another wii, can't connect to wiimmfi?

My brother's Wii finally bit the dust a month ago, it will no longer boot and is unrepairable (hardware damage beyond bluetooth/wifi module), with no other option he decided to switch to using the vWii on his Wii U, luckily I made a nand backup a few months ago and was able to extract the save using savegame manager on dolphin and I copied all his saves to his vWii, everything went smooth including his animal crossing save, which he put a ton of work into, since we were in the game we decided to play around a bit so he went to open his town but unfortunately he encountered error 60000 (Profile unknown), I realize this has something to do with moving saves between consoles, and i'd like to note that the old save was played on wiimmfi. Is there anything that can be done?

This is the first time that error 60000 would be caused by moving a save game to another console ...

What is the friend code?
What are the serial numbers (on the bottom of the console) of the old and the new console?

Wiimmfi accepts If a profile was moved to other hardware (Wii, WiiU, Dolphin) as long there are not to much Consoles involved (<10). Changing frequently between the same consoles is also no problem.

So the problem must be something other. But without friend codes we can't help.
