Update: I updated my Dry Dry Ruins texture hacks to be safe (I know I could've done this before, but I want to get rid of the "unsafe" message on the wiki since it brings no unfair advantage to the player whatsoever). However, Wario's Woodland Mine (Rain Theme) texture does not have the effect folder missing. I used wszst cmd to check for errors and nothing appeared out of the ordinary. Hello, I noticed that several of my texture hacks have been unmarked as unsafe on the wiki, due to "missing Effect files". However, I have tested all of them online and offline on Dolphin and CTGP and nothing is out of the ordinary. The splash effect when a pleyer falls into water, dust particles from Pokeys and the falling sand, etc. still shows up in the game.
