    Luma3DS typically doesn't get removed, even after a factory reset. Try turning off the 3ds, then turn it on while holding SELECT. If you see the Luma3DS config screen, great, that means you can just go into download play, then Rosalina menu (R + DPAD DOWN + SELECT) and temporarily make download play your homebrew launcher. Then just launch CIA from the homebrew launcher, and reinstall all of your CIA files. If you need the CIA files again they can be found here. https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizin…
