When the filter in the FRITZ!Box is enabled, direct access to IPs is blocked to prevent circumventing DNS-based blocks. And the Wii needs to connect directly to the IP it found out via DNS request. The Fritzbox is (for some reason) unable to "detect" that the packets to the Wiimmfi-IP are related to the DNS query before.
This has nothing to do with the BPjM lists. You were able to visit wiimmfi.de on your computer because your computer does a correct DNS lookup - other than the wii.
@Tock: You may want to enable the black list for your Wii, and you will be unable to connect to Wiimmfi
