UNO WiiWare uses FCs like mario kart wii does, and in the OPENHOST settings page there is an option to allow openhost on UNO, but apparently it dosent actually work when you try to add the openhost person's FC... is there some way this can be fixed?

MKW OPENHOST works only for the combination of following reasons:
* The game support friend code bases matches (private rooms)
* The game supports random match making (WW and regions)
* The server manages the the friend status
* The client submits its friend list to the server. This list is modified by OPENHOST:
* The game don't proof incoming matchmaking request against its friend list.

@Wiimm
Here are the updated definitions, sorry for missing that.
Also, could you please set Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution (YS6E) to full support, as everything multiplayer wise seems to be working. I did notice an option earlier today that let seems like it would let you download a singleplayer scenario to play, and maybe the game had these weekly? I'm not sure whether this feature could be brought back, but it could be something to look into
Also, could you please set the game type for Puyo Puyo! 15th anniversary (APUJ) to NDS, as @Antonio231102 found out the wii version has no online multiplayer whatsoever, not even leaderboards.Dieser Beitrag wurde bereits 2 mal editiert, zuletzt von urmum_69 () aus folgendem Grund: added game ids

Sorry, I didn't realize. I also wrote some of those ones a while ago, but I will always make sure to use the latest from now on. Just to clarify, is this the template I'm meant to be using? download.wiimm.de/wiimmfi/game-definitions/_template.tab

Yes, that's always the most current template. And in the directory there are always the current game definitions of all games.

After testing a few games, here is what I have found:
Toribash works, rankings load, but i haven't tested multiplayer and rank updates.
Trackmania Wii needs GAMESTATS, as when you upload ghosts and times, they kinda get "lost." also may need a server for uploading and downloading tracks.
Sonic Riders Zero Gravity is working with a small issue since the ghost downloads do not work.I just hope that the random online Matchmaking in Mario Sports Mix will be fixed soon, or sometime in the future. Please do fix it sometime in the future. -
Rank updates will probably work, Trackmania needs SAKE too, and SRG probably tries to download ghosts from GAMESTATS in some weird way (or uploads to SAKE).

"Pit Crew Panic!" set to FULL. Anyway, I can't see any matchmaking in the logs.
"Fishing Resort" added.
Template updated to 2020.

Hi! I'm Japanese.
I use wiimmfi every day. I love wiimmfi so much.
I really appreciate all of you.
I'm playing 'Jump Ultimate Stars' on wiimmfi.
Multiple people are playing daily!
but..Many players say they have lag.
Can you fix or approve it?
I’m sorry for asking of you this seemingly impossible task..
I look forward to hearing back from you. -
Lag in online games on Wiimmfi is entirely caused by the internet connection / latency of the players. That same lag was present on the original servers, and we can't really do anything about that.

Thanks for the reply!
"Lag in online games on Wiimmfi is entirely caused by the internet connection / latency of the players."
I wouldn't think so.
There is no lag when playing "Jump Ultimate Stars" with only two people at any time on Wiimmfi.
But,Lag always occurs when there are two or more matches between two people in wiimmfi.
Last year there was no such lag no matter how many players connected.
There was a server update last November, is that relevant?
I'm happy just in being able to play "jump ultimate stars" on wiimmfi.
It would be very kind of you to handle this matter if possible. -
Hi! Thanks for replying back
Leseratte is correct; the server simply does matchmaking (i.e. you as a player will find another player because the server pairs you together) - all communication in the game itself is peer to peer between each console, and this can be slower dependant on a variety of things (most notably how far you all are from each other, how the game was coded, etc)
Perhaps the newer players have worse internet connection than you, or they're further away from you? -
Thank you very much for your quick reply!
"Perhaps the newer players have worse internet connection than you, or they're further away from you? "
Thank you for telling me how it works.
Certainly, there seems to be no connection between server and lag..
But, I am wondering.
Last year, about 8 same players are playing against each other, just like today.
(All matches are played by two people only and All players are Japanese)
There was no lag in the original server as well as last year in wiimmfi.
But all players are lagging now.
The same is true for new players..
In addition, currently "Jump Ultimate Stars" is a "Testing",
Will it be "Full support"?
Thank you for teaching me so kindly! -
If it works, we can give it FULL support - we change if the game's FULL support or not dependant on what testers (like you!) say
Perhaps it does some weird server thing, but I'd doubt it! I'd look but I can't exactly speak Japanese
Is there any functionality of the game that does not work at all -
Is it possible to code wi-fi compatibility with games like Wii Sports? Considering in 2015, NetSlug was made, which allowed local multiplayer games to be played online with others on a REAL Wii, I think it could be possible for a mod to be made which involves Wiimmfi that could use the online servers. I feel this may be easiest with Wii Sports Resort, since with RiiConnect24, it implements the Miis from CMOC, therefore you could see your opponent's Mii without you owning the Mii. The calibration menu could be used to prevent desyncs, and games like swordplay and table tennis have extra preparation, since you need to press the A button before starting.I just hope that the random online Matchmaking in Mario Sports Mix will be fixed soon, or sometime in the future. Please do fix it sometime in the future.

Thank you for your kind instruction.
Please excuse me if you may not understand or you feel bad with my poor English.
"I'd look but I can't exactly speak Japanese"
I don't understand the meaning of "I'd look" in this sentence...
There are two things that seem to be malfunctioning about the function.
・About friends match, Sometimes even though you enter each other's friend code, the room of the other party is not displayed.
・During the waiting time for matching in a nationwide match, if no one comes for a certain period of time, the connection to the server is suddenly disconnected.
(↑Is it a specification for Wiimmfi?)
Others are the same as the original server! -
Unless the error from waiting is 85020, which is a common error when no one else is on, or it can't find them, then it should be fine. If the friend match problem is occuring frequently, there would be more reason to put Jump Ultimate Stars as partially working, with the side note "Friend Setup currently malfunctions." Otherwise, it would be okay to set it to Full Support. I would not know, however, since I do not own a copy since I am in the U.S, and do not plan to get an english patched version.I just hope that the random online Matchmaking in Mario Sports Mix will be fixed soon, or sometime in the future. In this context, "I'd look" meant that I'd get a copy of the game and test myself. -

Thanks for sharing the details of Full support.
I checked yesterday, the error from waiting was 85020.
I didn't know it was a common error..
Thank you for everything!

Recently I've spent some time figuring out how SAKE needs to be set up for Mario vs Donkey Kong Mini Land Mayhem / playgroundds (yes I'm at it again) using an instance of AltWFC which I modified to support more functions.
Even though there are still a few questions, the game is working pretty much fine at this point. I was also able to extract data for a challenge run by Nintendo from an old save backup of my cartridge and have that running on the server.
However, I'm concerned that in order to create an experience akin to what NWFC offered back in the day someone is needed to administer some stuff: approve/reject levels (although this could maybe be skipped) and review reported levels, put something onto the newsfeed, put the official dlc levels on the server (there are backups), and possibly run challenges in the future.
I don't know if there is a system in place on Wiimmfi that allows a user to do stuff to a game's SAKE database (I'd doubt it though), and I doubt the effort of setting that up would be considered worth it (which is fine).
I spent some thoughts on hosting a SAKE server just for this game and have Wiimmfi forward to it (similar to how PokeAcer apparently hosts a DLS1 server) but it might not be a good idea since I don't currently have much knowledge of that stuff.
Excuse me if I'm exaggerating about this, I was just obsessed with this game as a kid -
From your post, there's definitely a good chance Wiimmfi can support this, I hope they put the time into this.
