for
Mario Kart Wii

This patcher is only for Mario Kart Wii. It patches MKW of all 4 regions to run on Wiimmfi, the new server. Comparing with the wimmfi-Patcher, it replaces some texts and also enables the "all ranks patch" to find people online independent of their ranking points.

The patcher runs on Linux and Windows and patches the images for Wiimmfi.

Does it only work with the original mario kart wii? Not with wimms mkw fun yet? is that right??

Yes, you need to dump the MKWii ISO via USB-Loader. Do you already have homebrew on your wii?

Ok. Patch my MKW original and the current issue fun 14/4 v2 have worked the first time. I come with no error messages in the Klappsmühle just as in the original MKW. Great work Guys. I hope I can take a few Rounds on the Server today at last i was Online nobody in my List was On and i found nobody in the Region. But maybe someone will Play a little bit today. At least I have to say again GREAT JOB, I Love u Guys.

With GX or other USB-loaders, yes.

No, not true. You need an ISO. Whether or not you get it via your Wii (recommended) or download it (I dont condone piracy) that is completely up to you. Once the final comes out, ill upload region specific files so that one would be able to just download and play. For the moment it's ISO only however you can use it via Riivo. You just need an extra step to do so.

Have it up and running for the normal MKWii. Any chance perhaps there would be a server status page? Like the CTWW page?

you don´t need to play via USB.
You also can burn the game back on a disc and play it over a backup loader of your choice.

I have seen that many other sites have copied the patcher into their download area. But I recommend to use only only the one provided in this forum or from the related wikis (download domain is always download.wiimm.de) , because I have updated the patcher now 2 times. I done it without announcement, because I have only changed some message strings.
