Well, then I don't see the problem. If you've never used that Wii (or its NAND) to cheat or used the banned (old) MKW savegame from your other Wii on that new Wii, you shouldn't be banned on this one. If you are, you have in fact somehow created a connection between these two and then you need to buy yet another Wii, use a clean new savegame and friendcode, and don't cheat online.

It's your own problem.

There seems to be a problem with hackers and ban circumvention, I don't know what it is exactly but I'm guessing when Dhillon unbanned (if he did), then matchmaking was broken somehow. It isn't only him, I know several hackers with the same problem.
