USB keyboard does not work on when playing Animal Crossing City Folk

So I want to be able to use my keyboard to be able to send messages more efficiently but nothing happens when I use it in the game. I made sure I used IOS249 but that doesn't do anything. I have a SysCheck log to see whats wrong but I don't understand anything about it.

The first image is from what the USB Loader "Loader Settings" and the second image is from the "Game Load" setting for Animal Crossing New Leaf.
All I know is that all of the settings in USB Loader GX are default. Honestly I don't know what to do and fix this issue. I just want to use my keyboard instead of having to point and click to every letter I need.
If anything else is needed please let me know. Thank you.
