Yeah Im using dolphin, and yes I have used my Nand.bin from my real wii and my Mac address too, yet yesterday it told me "Console successfully registered. Please wait 7 days for registration." and now its telling me "Console creation denied" and "Please wait 7 days for console registration". Whats going on? This has been going on before and after I imported my NAND and all of my data.

That usually indicates you didn't set up your NAND or your MAC correctly. Can you tell us the MAC of the Wii, and the serial number?

Everything is working as expected. Yesterday, at 3:30 am UTC you registered your console (wait time 7 days, 0 hours). Then, yesterday at 9:48 pm UTC, you tried to log in again (wait time 6 days, 5 hours); and the system is rounding up, so, displaying it as "7 days".
If you were to wait until 3:30 am UTC today, your error code would change to indicate a wait period of 6 days.

Also you should run Dolphin always as Administrator to prevent any issues.My english is bad... Sorry for that
