I get 23934 still. I had to reset my Wii U entirely last week so I had to redo Wuphax. Do I need to install any IOS’s for the app to work? Does the NAND.bin and keys.bin go in the root of the dolphin emulator folder in documents?

I did the tutorial and instead of getting a 7 day wait I got a 3 day and 5 hour wait. I got wiimfi working on my wii u at that time I think. Do you think you could still remove the wait? My wii u serial number is DC1-AAAA01
