Hello,
I had updated all of my 3DS, 2DS and DS consoles a while ago to work with non Nintendo WFC connections. However, it appears that I never actually did it for the Wii, even though I had hacked it and loaded the Wiimmfi DNS into the Wii, I must never have actually connected it to the internet to retrieve a new FC/PID.
I have restarted playing PBR and I am getting the 60000 error due to the mismatch, and I would like to avoid deleting the save. Is there a way to clear the PID without deleting the PBR save? The PBR save has 4 slots in it, so I use the only 1 that was not used, and I started a new game in the slot and it was able to connect to wiimmfi without issue, however, the first slot which has all of the family's work does not update, even though I deleted the WiFi setting and reloaded them similar to how you would on the DS to renew the PID, but that did not work.
