CTCODE txt file to LE-BIN problems

Hello, I'm a completely noob in the Wimm's SZS Tools, but I followed a guide to add more music slots to Wimm's Fun, everything fine, except when I needed to use the SZS Tools. That tutorial was created when LE-CODE wasn't a thing, so I get stuck in that, but I was able to turn the LE-BIN file into a CTCODE txt file, after that I modify it and the real problem come when I needed to convert/create another/patch that CTCODE txt file into a LE-BIN file again, because I'm a noob in both SZS Tools and programming and commands in general I didn't know what to do and spend all day to make it happen, but to only get a terrible headache.
I searched through the Wimm SZS Tools page and command helps, and even in Google and Mario Kart Wiiki and find nothing, I really don't want to lose a day progress, so a bit of help would be heavily appreciated.
Also note that I am really a newbie in this community in general, so pardon any errors I had.

That tutorial is outdated, as you've already found out. The whole section "Part 3" doesn't apply to the LE-CODE at all, and you need to follow LE-CODE tutorials for that instead. Do Part 1 and part 2 from that tutorial, then read this to understand how the text file works: wiki.tockdom.com/wiki/LE-CODE/Distribution_Tutorial

Well, I read the page, I don't know if I missed anything, but after reading it multiple times, I figured out that it has another way to create the CTFILE.txt than the way I figured out to be, that's nice, and I explained better everything, I already introduced the new index numbers in the right places, but now I still stuck in how to convert that file into a LE-BIN file or patch my current LE-BIN file with the .txt I only need to know that, I searched in the page and don't say anything about how to patch the LE-BIN with changes in the CTFILE, I just need to know that to end with the tutorial, it would be very appreciated if someone could help me with that last step. Also, thanks for answering me Wiimm and Leseratte!

Well if all you want to do is patch that text file into your LE-CODE binary, this should work: wlect patch lecode-PAL.bin -od new-lecode-PAL.bin --le-define config.txt
