Bonus data is a feature that allows you to get DLC, but I can see 31040 in the Japanese version.
In the North American version, it can be downloaded normally.

Does this happen because only the Japanese version does not support the DLS1 server?

But compared to the North American version, there is only one less DLC element.
This means that there may be a separate file that is for VDEJ.

I just tried it and was able to connect to it using the DNS of 172.104.88.237, and I didn't get any error codes when I tried to download the DLC. So I think this server is still alive.
