Custom texture distribution on Wiimmfi?

I installed this mkwii mod called "Mario Kart Black" Which basically is a texure hack distributions. I've wiimmfi patched it already and I want to make sure that I'm allowed to use it online since the tracks are pretty much renamed but same thing. Like Luigi Circuit being named to "The Dark Oval".

Depends on the tracks / the distribution.

If the replaced tracks are just texture hacks that only change the graphics to make the track look different, and don't change the gameplay (KMP, KCL, Objects, and so on) at all, then yeah, you can use them on Wiimmfi. If anything about the track data itself is changed, you shouldn't.
