Hi, I don’t really know if this is the right place for this but i was hoping someone could help me. I tried to go on the pokémon white 2 gts today and it came up with error code 23912. When I looked this up it says it’s a ban code? I don’t really understand what i’ve been banned for since i’ve never hacked or cheated in the game (or any other for that matter since i don’t know how). Last time I used the gts i put a regular throh in that i caught so I don’t really understand what i’ve done to get banned. I’m really hoping someone can help me since i’m trying to complete my pokédex and rely on the gts for that. My username is G and my friend code is 4172-1373-8243 if that helps.

it’s my own one. i play this game on my 3ds on a regular white 2 cartridge that i’ve had since the game came out on a save file that i created so i don’t really get why it’s happened. tbh i don’t even know how to download a savegame ahaha.
