Well, if you lost both the account password *and* no longer have access to the mail address used on that account, then we can't give you access to that account as there's no way to prove if that's really yours.

Though, if you have proof that you own this console (like a photo of the serial number sticker on the bottom) that you can post here, we can un-assign the console from the old account so you can connect it to the new one.
