Hi there. I am having trouble joining any Wiimmfi servers because of the error code 23917. This happened playing Mario Kart Retro Rewind and I was not facing this issue on CTGP-R or the standard Mario Kart Wii until I launched Retro Rewing WorldWide. Now I am unable to join any Wiimmfi servers anywhere. I apparently got banned for an invalid region and am wondering how I can change my region so that it is compatible with the Wiimmfi servers. I am from Ontario, Canada if that helps somehow (since the problem is regarding a region). I have attached my ban info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
